Welcome to the restaurant of the Saint-Christophe Hotel, the Brasserie Léopold.
The Brasserie is an institution. It is famous for its friendly atmosphere, and all year round there are not only hotel guests but locals who are regulars at Léopold's table.
You can choose to eat in the Art Déco setting of the vast restaurant itself, in the veranda or out on the patio in fine weather, with a gentle jazz background.
In this relaxed atmosphere, our Chef, offers creative, seasonal cuisine, made from rigorously selected fresh products. All the products used are French, and often local, and all the dishes are home made.
Beef fillets with Rossini foie gras, sweetbread, roast pigeon with cocoa and blackberry... The chef skilfully revisits traditional dishes and produces succulent inventive cuisine.
Rediscover dishes that are both inventive and innovative, such as major tradition steak tartare (raw minced steak) or calf kidneys sauteed with juniper berries... Savour the home-made sauerkraut, fish sauerkraut, royal sauerkraut, sauerkraut with knuckle of pork, champagne sauerkraut, preserved duck and sauteed foie gras... In the summer season, enjoy fresh cod with garlic mayonnaise and other sun-drenched specialities from Provence.
And when our Chef lets his inspiration and his passion for great gastronomy run wild, connoisseurs will appreciate the seasonal "Chef's Suggestions" - atypical compositions such as carpaccio of scallops with salmon roe and Brussels sprouts or scallops roasted with citrus fruit.
And for wine to go with your meal, don't hesitate to ask for advice. We will advise you as to what goes best.
